~Santa Baby – A Sewing Song Parody by Sue and Heidi O’Very~
Santa Baby Parody! Heidi and I have had this idea to make a Santa Baby, Sewing parody for over a year now. We wrote the lyrics almost as soon as the idea popped in our heads. Over the past year we have refined, tweaked and altered them to suit our style. Once the lyrics were finalized, we created props, set the scene and filmed. All I can say is we had FUN, FUN, FUN!!! This was an experience of a lifetime for both of us and I am pleased to say we did it all ourselves! Please watch, love, comment, share and totally laugh and giggle at our Santa Baby Parody!
Watch the video below and then see the details of production below that.

Lyrics by Sue and Heidi O’Very
Santa Baby slip a Serger under the tree for me
I’ve been a stitching all year
Santa baby so hurry fill my sewing room up
Santa Cutie please bring me a box of Aurifil thread
Blue Green Purple – OH and Red
and don’t forget new Schmetz needles
Look how empty my fabric drawers are
I just need a gift card to the fabric store
Next year I’ll build up my stash
If you bring me some cold hard-cash
Santa Honey Olfa has this new Rotary Cutter
And a mat would be sweet
Santa Honey so bring me a new sewing treat
Santa Cutie, there’s one thing I really do need, the deed
To a huge fabric store
Santa Cutie, so hurry fill my sewing room more
Santa Baby, fill my stocking up with lots of NOTIONS
And a new presser foot for free motion
Hurry fill my sewing room up
Come and trim my sewing room
With a big giant crafting boom!!!
I really do believe in YOU
Maybe you can bring me a new Iron too
Santa Baby, forgot to mention one little thing, a Ring
I don’t mean on the phone
Santa Baby and hurry fill my sewing room up
Hurry fill my sewing room up
Hurry – Sewing – Up!
