Does this Notion REALLY work? If you have walked into a quilt shop and made a quilt in a class then you have heard of a rotary cutter. Today I am going to introduce you to a brand new rotary cutter designed by the original inventors of the rotary cutter, Olfa! They have just released a series of 45mm fun and bright colored cutters, the new Olfa Splash Rotary Cutter!
OLFA Splash Rotary Cutter
OLFA invented the rotary cutter in 1979 as an alternative to cutting with scissors. This simple yet important invention has literally revolutionized the sewing and quilting industry. What would we do without it?
